Job Description – Regional Site Engineer (Solapur District)

Position: Regional Site Engineer
Location: Solapur District, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Site Engineer to oversee construction activities across multiple project sites in the Solapur District. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely project completion, effective coordination with contractors, and adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor construction activities across assigned project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements before submission for approval.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain site documentation, including DPRs, material records, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
- Identify project risks and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve site-related technical issues promptly and efficiently.




- Travel extensively within the Solapur District to monitor multiple sites.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in site execution, preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in handling multiple construction sites is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Solapur District.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning, reporting, and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with local contractors and construction practices in the Solapur region is an added advantage.
