The Marketing & Operations Executive will play a dual role in expanding VR Experia's presence in schools and ensuring the smooth execution of VR exhibitions and educational programs.
This role requires a combination of marketing, customer interaction, logistics, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
School Marketing & Business Development
Visit schools to introduce VR Experia's educational VR programs.
Meet Principals, Academic Coordinators, Teachers, and School Management.
Explain the benefits of Virtual Reality in education.
Arrange demonstrations and presentations.
Generate leads and build long-term relationships with schools.
Follow up with prospective schools.
Coordinate exhibition schedules.

Exhibition & Operations
Assist in setting up VR exhibition venues.
Transport and safely handle VR equipment.
Prepare VR devices before each session.
Ensure devices are fully charged and updated.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of VR headsets.
Guide students in wearing and using VR headsets.
Assist teachers in managing student batches.
Monitor students during VR sessions.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Pack equipment safely after the event.

Inventory Management
Maintain inventory of VR devices and accessories.
Report damages or technical issues.
Keep records of equipment movement.
Ensure proper storage and transportation of devices.

Customer Service
Interact politely with students, teachers, and parents.
Address basic questions about VR experiences.
Represent the company professionally during events.

Desired Skills
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.

Willingness to travel to schools across Kerala.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and gadgets.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience in marketing, education, event management, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Flexibility to work on weekends during school events if required.
