Job Summary

Bajaj Finserv is looking for dynamic and result-oriented REMI B2B Executives to expand our merchant network and drive EMI business growth. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and onboard new merchant partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and dealers.
- Promote Bajaj Finserv EMI products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and support.
- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports.

Required Skills





- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Office).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally, if required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

- Graduation in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales/BFSI (Fresh graduates with good communication skills may also apply).
