Morarka Organic Foods Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Procurement Executive for handling procurement and vendor coordination activities. The role involves regular field work, supplier visits, material follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments.
The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, vendor handling experience, and the ability to manage procurement activities efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Vendor sourcing and supplier coordination
- Field visits for procurement-related activities
- Purchase order follow-up and material tracking
- Negotiation with vendors for pricing and delivery timelines
- Maintaining procurement records and reports
- Coordination with production, dispatch, accounts, and stores departments
- Ensuring timely availability of materials
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase profile
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and travelling
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to manage vendors and procurement processes independently
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in FMCG/Food Industry preferred
- Candidate with own vehicle will be preferred
