About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Reels/Video Editor to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about design, social media trends, and video content creation. You will work on daily creatives, shoot and edit Instagram reels, and contribute innovative ideas to strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, and marketing visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for campaigns and promotions
- Work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for daily design needs

Reels & Video Editing:

- Shoot, edit, and optimize Instagram Reels, short videos,



and promotional content
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Stay updated with trending Instagram formats, transitions, sounds, and styles
- Create AI-generated images or videos to enhance creativity and engagement

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Strong working knowledge of Canva
- Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging reels
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media aesthetics and content flow

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to Ed-Tech or online education content (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
- Passion for experimenting with new design trends, AI tools, and video formats
