About the Role

We're looking for a creative and result driven Senior Marketing Executive who can bridge the gap between marketing and sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating impactful marketing campaigns, generating content ideas for social media, coordinating closely with the sales team for lead generation, and ensuring marketing efforts contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Generate Leads using social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Support website, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives as required.
- Should be able to handle Meta Ads, Whatsapp Campaigns, and Google Ads, etc.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely creation of marketing creatives and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead requirements and create marketing strategies that support lead generation.
- Track, monitor, and analyze marketing campaign performance and share insights for improvement.
- Assist in planning promotional activities and brand awareness campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content ideation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross functional teams, especially Sales and Design.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts and lead generation strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced setting.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
