Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales/admissions team of approximately 80 members.
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and analyze MIS, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct training sessions and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Monitor telesales and counselling quality to improve conversions.
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Improve employee engagement and retention.
- Create and manage incentive plans and distributions.
- Resolve inter-team conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
- Track and improve key sales metrics, including:
- Lead to Follow-up Ratio
- Follow-up to Admission Ratio
- Lead to Admission Ratio
- Lead to NI Ratio
- Junk Lead Report
- Develop strategies to improve admission growth and overall team performance.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in EdTech sales/admissions.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of telesales, counselling, PMS, and PIP.
- Target-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5,508,782.23 - ₹9,008,825.62 per month
