Job Description : India Cements Capital Ltd, an RBI Authorised Dealer – II Category, is engaged in the Money Changing business since 1995. We specialize in foreign exchange services including buying and selling of foreign currency notes, prepaid forex cards for leisure and business travel, authorized outward remittances for education, medical, conference, gift purposes, and family maintenance, along with Travel Insurance products. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsiblities :

- Promote and generate business for foreign exchange services including buying and selling of foreign currency notes
- Drive sales of prepaid forex cards for leisure and business travel customers
- Develop business for authorized outward remittances such as education, medical, conference, gift purposes, and family maintenance
- Promote and cross-sell Travel Insurance products to eligible customers




- Acquire recent clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with corporates, travel agents, educational consultants, and other channel partners
- Ensure all foreign exchange and remittance transactions comply with RBI/FEMA regulations
- Supervise documentation, KYC, and operational processes as per regulatory guidelines
- Lead, train, and monitor team performance to achieve business targets
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements :

- Mandatory experience in Foreign Exchange / Money Changing industry
- 3–5 years of managerial experience
- Graduation required
- Age not more than 35 years
