Position: Admission Counselor
Location: Patna
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

UK International London Beauty School is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills, with the ability to achieve admission targets while providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Conduct campus tours and explain the institute's facilities and programs.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly admission reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service.
- Experience in the education, beauty, wellness, or skill development industry is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
