Outreach Officer

Location: Vrindavan, Mathura (On-site)

About the Role

Vrindavan Heritage Tower (VHT) and Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir (VCM) are upcoming global cultural and spiritual landmarks envisioned as centers for heritage, learning, and meaningful engagement.
We are looking for an Outreach Officer who will support engagement with institutions, professionals, content creators and work on outreach, coordination and diverse communication across diverse areas in specific.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate visits, meetings, and engagements with external stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for collaborative outreach
- Prepare outreach communication including emails, proposals, and briefing notes
- Maintain follow-ups, records, and coordination for ongoing engagements
- Support on-ground visits, events, and partnership-related activities
- Handle multiple tasks with a flexible and proactive approach

Eligibility & Requirements

- Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism or Public relations is a must
- Candidates who well-verse in mass communication shall only apply to this job
- 1–2 years of experience in outreach in social media, mainstream media or Public relations




- Solid English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple engagements in a dynamic work environment
