Job Summary

The Development Manager (MBA Fresher) will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities, support strategic initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the Group's businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify recent business opportunities and market segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in developing business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and production teams.




- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and project reports.
- Monitor sales performance and business development activities.
- Support new product launches and expansion projects.
- Visit clients, exhibitions, and business events when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

Eligibility

- MBA (Marketing / Finance / HR / International Business / Operations)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required.
