Required trained teachers for all subjects. D.Ed. or B.Ed with 1 to 10 years of experience. Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner to facilitate teaching learning process. Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning. Creating and distributing educational content. Conducting tests for assesment of growth of students.

· Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the curriculum.

· Prepare assignments, worksheets, question papers, etc.

· Maintain attendance records, assessments, mark lists, performance record or any other official records of the class that has been assigned to you.

· Provide feedback on the student’s progress during PTM’s, maintain a proper follow-up schedule of each meeting with parent’s of slow learners & the remedial steps taken there in.

· Ensure that the topics taught in the class are well prepared, thoroughly researched and delivered in most interesting manner.

· Regularly update with the current trends of teaching methodologies & pedagogy.





· Create a congenial & a cohesive environment that ensures a positively motivating atmosphere for the children.

· Organize the class and learning resource creating displays to encourage a positive learning setting.

· Be responsible for the performance of all the students you teach.

· Maintain overall decorum of the school & inculcate good habits in students.

· Attend various training programmes whenever held in or out of the school campus.

· Be responsible for planning & organizing school functions, morning assemblies, House activities and display boards inside & outside the class room, as and when required.

· Co-ordinate & work with other staff members for the betterment of the school.

· Manage students at arrival & dispersal times.

· Display a sensitive & sensible behavior towards all you come across at the work place.
