Profile - Store Executive

Qualification - Any Graduate Degree

Experience - 1 to 2 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Oversee the physical loading, unloading, storage, and preservation of all incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular monitoring, cycle counts, and periodic physical stock verification (monthly, quarterly, annually). This often involves using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Make system entries for received materials, process challans, maintain inward/outward registers, and manage all related documentation.
- Issuance and Coordination: Issue materials and components to the production department based on the production plan and material requisitions. Coordinate with the purchase, quality assurance (QA), and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
- Quality and Compliance:



Ensure all incoming materials are inspected and accepted by the QA department before stocking. Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance with relevant procedures in the store area.
- Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Follow up with the purchase department and suppliers for timely delivery of materials, resolve discrepancies, and handle documentation for vendor payments.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze various reports, including material consumption reports, stock summaries, and reports on non-moving or slow-moving items, for management review.
- Scrap and Waste Management: Manage the proper disposal of scrap, e-waste, and hazardous materials according to regulations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
