Job Description: Site Supervisor

Location:

- Jagadhri, Haryana

Position: Site Supervisor
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per instructions.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers.
- Monitor progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Check basic quality parameters such as alignment, levels, and material usage.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow guidelines.
- Report any issues, delays, or requirements to senior staff.
- Assist in managing labor, tools, and materials on site.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of construction activities (civil works).
- Ability to read simple drawings and follow instructions.
- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage labor effectively.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation.

Qualification

- Minimum: 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in construction supervision.
