- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Dial prospective clients using scripts or handle incoming user support questions.
- Lead Generation: Qualify prospects, promote offerings, and set appointments for senior sales teams.
- Data Management: Log all call outcomes, feedback, and client details into the company CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Conduct scheduled callback routines to move prospects down the sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or weekly metrics for dial counts, talk time, and conversions.
Requirements and Skills
- Communication: Transparent verbal skills and active listening abilities.
- Education: Degree.
- Technical Literacy: Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
