About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, stock handling, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or textile inventory management, be organized, and ensure smooth inward and outward movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, check, and record incoming stock from vendors and suppliers.
- Manage storage, arrangement, tagging, and organization of sarees and other products in the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate stock entry and updates in the inventory system / Vyapar app.
- Handle stock dispatches to stores, exhibitions, and Santhe events.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor fast-moving and low-stock items and report to the reporting manager.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper product handling.




- Coordinate with purchase, billing, store, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily inward/outward and stock movement reports.
- Assist during exhibition loading, unloading, and stock arrangement when required.

Requirements

- Any graduate or diploma holder.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store operations.
- Experience in textile, saree, or retail industry is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory software / Vyapar is an advantage.
- Good organizational and stock-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Kannada knowledge is preferred.
