Position - Retention FOS

Require Persons for Collection & Retention work at surat , candidate has to be calling of predicted, current suspended & 30+ days old suspended customers data & convince them to Renewal & get appointment for them to collect Renewal payment from them by cash , chq or Online. This is target base job & given day to day & monthly renewal nos & Collection target to person.

- Daily collection follows up .

- Retain disconnected customers
- Achieve monthly collection targets
- Transparent OS amount which has been stuck at customer end due to some reasons. He needs to visit field at customer end for clearing that OS amount by discussion with customer F2F.

- Need to visit field for collection of payment.

- Approach customers for upgradations of bandwidth. Achieve up gradations target nos

- Verification of documents for new orders.

Qualification :

- 12th Passed & above

Experience:

- Min 6 months Experience of Marketing Field.
