Tripokit is a global travel company with offices across Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, and the USA. We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced air ticketing consultant to join us in Chandigarh (this not a remote role)

What the role involves:

- Booking international flights using GDS (Amadeus users preferred)
- Handling customer queries, changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Coordinating with airlines when needed
- Drafting clear communication for emails, confirmations, and itineraries

What we expect from you:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in international air ticketing.
- Freshers may apply but must have a graduate degree in Travel/Tourism management.
- Solid spoken and written English
- Past experience with a travel agency or BPO serving Australia, NZ, USA, UK, or Canada markets is highly valued
- Professional references will be required




- Only candidates with relevant experience/qualification will be considered

Minimum qualification to apply:
Bachelors Degree (Travel or Tourism Management preferred)

Location: Chandigarh (on site role)
Working Hours: Flexible
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000/month based on experience + performance incentives for long-term team members.
