Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Maintenance to manage and maintain a wide range of industrial machinery used in railway component manufacturing. The candidate will handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of spot welding machines, laser welding machines, TIG/MIG welding machines, bending and shearing machines, and EOT cranes.
Prior railway industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance for:
- Spot Welding Machines
- Laser Welding Machines
- TIG & MIG Welding Machines
- Bending & Shearing Machines
- EOT Cranes
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic machine issues
- Ensure machinery uptime and reduce production downtime
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and spare parts
- Implement machine safety practices and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth workflow
- Assist with installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery
- Monitor equipment performance and carry out continuous improvements

Required Experience





- 3–5 years of experience in machinery maintenance
- Strong exposure to welding machines & heavy industrial equipment
- Railway field experience is strongly preferred

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)
- Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) with relevant experience

Key Skills

- Maintenance of welding machines (Spot, MIG, TIG, Laser)
- EOT Crane maintenance
- Troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
- Maintenance planning & documentation
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Railway machinery exposure
