Job Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to oversee financial operations, compliance, and reporting for our US-based operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of corporate finance, and experience handling end-to-end financial management in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, P&L; reports, and balance sheets.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures.
- Monitor and manage AP/AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle reconciliations and resolve outstanding financial discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team to enhance efficiency.
- Streamline finance operations by implementing automation and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in accounts & finance,



preferably in corporate companies with US-based operations.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations, US GAAP, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, reconciliation, P&L; management, and audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), and financial software.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Good to Have:

- Experience in process automation and finance transformation projects.
- Knowledge of advanced financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred).
