Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to manage customer enquiries, present our premium farm stay and event offerings, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The role also involves maintaining the sales pipeline, CRM, quotations, bookings, and coordinating with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website, social media, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable staycation or event packages.
- Conduct sales pitches, negotiate, and close bookings.
- Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain CRM, booking calendar, quotations, and customer records.
- Coordinate with operations for confirmed bookings and customer requirements.
- Track payments and booking documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and conversion reports.
- Continuously improve sales processes and customer experience.





Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, travel, or event sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
- Target-driven with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
