About the Role:

Ascot Asia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English / Soft Skills Trainer to train students in communication, personality development, and workplace readiness. The trainer will play a key role in helping learners build confidence and prepare for successful careers in aviation, hospitality, and tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sessions on English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken English.

Deliver interactive soft skills training including communication, presentation, grooming, interview skills, teamwork, and time management.

Create and adapt training modules as per student needs.

Evaluate student progress and provide personalized feedback.

Maintain training records and attendance sheets.

Prepare students for industry interviews and group discussions.





Coordinate with academic and placement teams for effective student outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in English and/or soft skills training (freshers with excellent communication may also apply).

Strong command of spoken and written English.

Confident personality with effective presentation and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the aviation, hospitality, or service industry is a plus.
