About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee government construction projects from planning through successful execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing government infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of government construction projects.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, site supervision, reporting, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site-level and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Lead project teams and maintain effective coordination across departments.
- Prepare project schedules, BOQs, progress reports, execution plans, and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Mandatory experience in handling government construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction project planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and site operations effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
