Role Summary

Absolute Finance is looking for a highly analytical and ambitious finance professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) team. This role is ideal for a CA Fresher, CA Inter, or CMA who enjoys solving business problems using numbers. You will work closely with leadership to build financial models, prepare MIS, analyze business performance, and help drive strategic decision-making across multiple clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly MIS, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, cash flows, and key KPIs.
- Assist in business valuations, feasibility studies, and strategic projects.
- Support CFO advisory and virtual CFO engagements.
- Automate financial reporting using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Present insights and recommendations to internal leadership and clients

Desired Profile

- CA Fresher / CA Inter / CMA.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business finance.




- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or financial automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity to understand businesses beyond accounting.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple assignments.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
