Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts and QA Testing professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in gathering business requirements, validating solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business solutions.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams.
- Support UAT planning and execution.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
QA Testing
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test data.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.
- Track defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure release quality.
- Work closely with developers and business teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Exposure to Automation Testing is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- SQL knowledge
- API Testing
- Healthcare, Banking, or Insurance domain experience
- Automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
