Roles & Responsibilities

- Teaching & Lectures

Deliver lectures, laboratory sessions, and clinical instruction in subjects such as ocular anatomy, physiology, optics, and patient care.

- Clinical Supervision

Mentor students in university clinics (e.g., glaucoma, dry eye, contact lenses), ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.

- Research & Publications

Conduct original research in areas like ocular disease, vision science, contact lenses, or low vision; publish in peer-reviewed journals.

- Curriculum Development

Participate in designing and evaluating courses, assessments, and clinical modules to align with evolving industry standards.

- Student Mentorship

Guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in academic progress, research projects, and career development.

- Institutional Service

Contribute to committees, accreditation processes, and community outreach programs within the university and optometric associations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
