Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Process orders received from multiple marketplaces and ensure dispatch within platform SLAs.
- Generate pick lists, packing slips, shipping labels, and manifests.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy across all sales channels.
- Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note), inward verification, and stock put-away.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged stock, and missing items.
- Ensure proper barcode scanning, SKU mapping, and bin management.
- Process customer returns, RTOs, replacements, and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement and marketplace teams to replenish stock and prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and organized storage.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on dispatches, pending orders, inventory, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace performance metrics such as dispatch timelines, cancellation rates, and inventory accuracy.




- Support warehouse process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of marketplace order processing (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.).
- Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and shipping portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Exp - Min 4yrs
