- Counsel students and professionals about our IT training and certification programs.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend the most suitable course.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain course features, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth student onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing students.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
