Job Summary

Toolcom Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Plastic Injection Moulding Supervisor to oversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and improve machine efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding processes, manpower handling, troubleshooting, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plastic injection moulding production activities.
- Monitor machine setup, process parameters, and cycle times for optimum productivity.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and tool room teams.
- Monitor mould changes and machine setup activities.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and process-related issues.
- Maintain machine utilization and reduce downtime.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift management effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.




- Prepare daily production reports and monitor KPI performance.
- Implement continuous improvement activities for productivity enhancement.

Required Skills

✔ Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding processes

✔ Experience in mould setting and process optimization

✔ Knowledge of moulding defects and corrective actions

✔ Production planning and team handling skills

✔ Understanding of quality systems and inspection standards
