Role Description:

Lead and support multiple digital transformation programmes running onsite and offshore. This is a multi-faceted LSA role and requires you to be aware of the various aspects of Pega solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Leading technical delivery of projects
- Thought leadership on Pega technology, methodology and best practices
- Designing complex, scalable, performant and secure systems
- Liaising with customers and helping them achieve their business objectives
- Working with multiple stakeholders and giving them advice and direction when needed
- Working with onsite and offshore teams and ensuring progress to plan
- Ensuring the quality of the delivered solution
- Addressing issues and situation management

Prerequisites:

- Pega CLSA certified
- 6+ years of industry experience
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Good thought leadership, technology, client-facing skills
- Experienced with Agile and DevOps
- Must have very good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and valuable team player
- Willing to travel for onsite assignments
- Public sector or telco domain knowledge would be beneficial
