Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of the organization. The General Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring financial performance, and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage department heads and employees.
- Set performance goals and monitor key business metrics.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and operational reports.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Establish and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to support decision-making.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and business events.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.




- 7–10 years of management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in business operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Robust knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and business development.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
