Our flagship platforms include:

- Student Purchase Program (SPP)
- Employee Purchase Program (ZEPP)

As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, innovation, and execution across our web platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-impact product features.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities.
- Own product prioritization, release planning, and roadmap execution.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, leveraging data to drive product decisions and improvements.




- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a product-driven culture.

Required Skills

- 7–10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce marketplace or D2C e-commerce.
- Proven experience in building, launching, and scaling digital products.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and web technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent.
- MBA or Product Management certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
