The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers while achieving individual and store sales targets. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining showroom standards, and representing the Fabindia brand with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling to increase average bill value.
- Maintain knowledge of Fabindia's apparel, home furnishings, personal care, and lifestyle products.
- Ensure products are neatly displayed and the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor and report stock shortages.
- Assist with billing, gift wrapping, and customer queries.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.




- Participate in stock counts and inventory management.
- Follow store policies, grooming standards, and attendance requirements.
- Work effectively with the store team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (preferred).
