Key Responsibilities

- Attend and engage with walk-in customers at assigned dealership locations.
- Understand customer vehicle finance requirements and explain Chola NBFC loan products.
- Convert customer enquiries into vehicle loan applications.
- Coordinate with dealership sales teams to generate finance leads.
- Assist customers with loan documentation and application processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and loan conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Willingness to work from dealership locations.

Work Location

- Deployed at New & Used Passenger Vehicle (PV) Dealerships.
