Job Title / Position: SolidWorks Project lead
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Shift: 11am to 8am or 12pm to 9pm
Mode: Hybrid

Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the SolidWorks PDM
upgrade project, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule,



and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Define project plan, milestones, and deliverables for the PDM upgrade.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, IT, and vendor teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change control.
- Track progress, prepare status reports, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate communication, meetings, and decision-making across teams.
- Ensure compliance with customer processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing CAD/PDM/PLM or IT infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Robust understanding of SolidWorks PDM architecture and deployment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
