Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products/services, and generating leads from the provided database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
- Explain company products/services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
- Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Education: Graduation.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
