We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest developments in commercial law, criminal law, and civil matters. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct legal research and analysis.
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
* Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
* Advise clients on legal matters.
* Manage cases effectively and efficiently.
* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years PQE.
* Solid knowledge of commercial law, criminal law, and civil matters.
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Admission to the Bar (preferred).
