We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into measurable growth.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
What We're Looking For:
Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign optimization
Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency
