This is far more than a conventional front-desk position. The Guest Experience & Centre Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the centre runs beautifully every day: from welcoming clients and managing communication to coordinating schedules, handling event RSVPs, maintaining the property and supervising the support team.
As Glass Onion Therapy expands across Bengaluru, this role will become increasingly central to both the client experience and the organisation’s operations. Someone joining us at this stage will have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility,
help shape the standards of a growing premium brand and progress into a larger centre-management or operations role.
