Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling industrial bearings and related products to OEMs, distributors, dealers, and end-user industries. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical product support.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, steel, cement, textiles, mining, power, and heavy engineering.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits to understand application requirements and recommend suitable bearing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and customer visit reports.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Expand dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of sales experience in bearings, power transmission products, industrial automation, or industrial engineering products.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered for junior roles.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of bearing types, applications, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Technical selling and solution-based sales approach.
- Market analysis and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
