1. Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
2.Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
3.Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas,
Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery, using computer-assisted equipment.
Designs mechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.
4.Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
5.Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.

6.fabrication departments (welding/grinder using cutting / part assembly /drilling and tapping all over work.
