Job Summary:

The Showroom Manager is responsible for supervising daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing sales staff to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily activities on the showroom floor
- Ensure customers are greeted and assisted properly
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
- Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Support sales team in achieving targets
- Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory team
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail ( textile/showroom)
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of fabrics and fashion trends
- Ability to handle customers and staff efficiently
