Role Overview

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate learning content into visually compelling designs and lead our design team. This role requires strong Adobe Suite expertise, prior international market exposure, and the ability to manage a team while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, flat organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate eLearning and instructional content into engaging visual designs, illustrations, and layouts
- Lead and mentor the design team, managing workload distribution and quality of output
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content writers, and cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life
- Use AI-assisted design tools and prompt engineering to speed up ideation and asset creation where relevant
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines in parallel without compromising quality
- Maintain design consistency and standards across all deliverables

Required Skills

- Must-have: Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (Photoshop a plus)




- Prior experience working with or designing for international/global markets
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across different teams and functions
- Team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant design experience, including some team-lead exposure

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
