About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Accountant for one of our clients in the manufacturing sector based in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. This role requires hands-on experience in financial reporting along with the ability to manage and guide a team of junior accountants.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, and statutory regulations
- Supervise and mentor a team of Junior Accountants
- Handle MIS reporting and support management with financial insights
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits




- Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
- Prior experience in team handling
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
