Job Title : MID/Sr Social Media Executive (3-5 Years)

Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives by identifying target audiences and creating platform-specific content strategies.
- Build and scale social media channels across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging written, visual, video, and interactive content by translating product features, customer stories, use cases, and industry trends into compelling narratives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Build and nurture communities across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Product Hunt, Facebook Groups, and other relevant industry, founder, creator, and user communities while engaging with influencers and key opinion leaders to amplify reach and engagement.
- Continuously brainstorm, test, and optimize content formats, campaigns, messaging, hooks, posting schedules, and platform-specific growth strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows for content ideation, research, copywriting, video repurposing, analytics, and productivity enhancement while maintaining authenticity and brand consistency.
- Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance using key metrics such as follower growth, engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, community growth, trial signups, demo requests, and conversions.
- Conducting competitor analysis and social listening to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product,



and customer success teams to support integrated campaigns and drive brand awareness and product adoption.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, community building, and audience growth.
- Proven experience growing social media presence for SaaS products, technology brands, startups, or digital-first businesses, with measurable improvements in followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Demonstrated ability to ideate, test, and implement cutting-edge content and growth strategies with a data-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance content creation, research, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex SaaS concepts into engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful social media growth initiatives, including follower growth, engagement improvements, content performance, or community-building outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with B2B SaaS products or product-led growth environments.
- Experience creating thought leadership, or personal branding content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or other relevant platforms.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and performance marketing
