We are seeking experienced Semi-Qualified CA / CA Final candidates who can take independent charge of audit segments. This role bridges field execution and senior review, requiring a person who can manage junior assistants, handle complex audit areas, and draft initial audit observations.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit Management: Plan and execute sections of Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits independently.
- Financial Review: Analyze financial statements, trial balances, and internal control frameworks to identify discrepancies or process gaps.
- Taxation: Prepare and review income tax computations, deferred tax calculations, and assist in compiling data for tax audit reports (Form 3CD).
- Reporting: Draft transparent audit queries, observations,



and executive summaries for management review.
- Team Supervision: Guide and mentor CA Inter students/articles working on the assignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: CA Finalist / Semi-Qualified CA (completed articleship).
- Experience: Relevant experience in a CA firm handling diverse audit portfolios.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
