Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Construction Field Project Manager to lead and manage on-site execution of projects in Tirupati. The candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, manpower coordination, quality control, timeline adherence, and cost monitoring.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Lead on-site construction and interior execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain execution schedules.
2. Planning & Coordination
- Prepare site execution plans and weekly work schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams.
- Ensure timely material procurement and availability at site.
- Conduct site meetings and update head office regularly.
3. Quality & Safety Control
- Implement quality standards and inspection processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and compliance regulations.
- Conduct snag-list checks and ensure timely closures.
4. Budget & Cost Monitoring
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
- Verify contractor bills and quantity measurements.
- Track project expenses and maintain cost efficiency.
5. Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as on-site point of contact for clients.
- Provide regular progress updates.
- Manage variations and site-level approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7–12 years of experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong experience in site management and field execution.
- Knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to handle Tirupati-based projects independently.
- Experience handling commercial or institutional projects.
- Local Tirupati project experience preferred.
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice.
