We are developing AI-powered tools to support online learning, student engagement, exam preparation, skill reinforcement, and healthcare workforce training.

We are looking for a motivated AI Software Engineer — Fresher to join our technology team in Noida. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career but highly curious, disciplined, and eager to build real-world AI and software products.

Role Overview

As an AI Software Engineer, you will support the development of AI-enabled learning tools, internal automation systems, chatbots, content generation workflows, student support tools, and data-driven education products.

You do not need many years of experience, but you must be willing to learn fast, write clean code, solve problems, and work closely with the product and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in building AI-powered web applications, chatbots, and automation tools.
- Work with APIs, including AI/LLM APIs, to build useful product features.
- Support the development of internal tools for student support, admissions, learning, and operations.
- Write, test, debug,



and maintain clean and reliable code.
- Help integrate AI features into existing learning platforms and workflows.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, documents, quizzes, and student learning content.
- Assist in building dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with senior team members, designers, content creators, and business stakeholders.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development, AI integration, data privacy, and product quality.

Required Skills

- Basic programming knowledge in Python and/or Java and/or JavaScript.
- Understanding of web development basics such as HTML, CSS, APIs, and databases.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, LLMs, chatbots, automation, and EdTech products.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Good communication skills and ability to work from office in Noida.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with React, Node.js, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Java or similar frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases, embeddings, or prompt engineering.




- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Firebase.
- Prior internship, college project, GitHub project, or hackathon experience related to AI/software development.
- Interest in healthcare, education, online learning, or nursing training technology.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a fresher who may not have a long resume but has strong curiosity, discipline, and a clear desire to become a strong AI software engineer. You should be comfortable learning by doing, asking questions, testing ideas, and improving your work based on feedback.

We value practical builders more than theoretical knowledge alone.
