Position: Naval Architect
Location: Kochi (Cochin)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Navitera is looking for an experienced Naval Architect to join our growing Engineering & Offshore team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in ship/offshore design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and marine design software
- Robust knowledge of ship design, stability, structural design, and classification rules
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review ship and offshore structural designs
- Develop and review General Arrangement (GA) drawings and engineering documentation




- Perform stability calculations, weight estimations, and structural analyses
- Create and review 2D/3D models using relevant design software
- Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, and classification societies
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and project documentation
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and regulations
