Job Title: Intermediate Level Architect

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in residential and small-scale commercial projects within the construction ecosystem, combined with strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a disciplined work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver design concepts, working drawings, and construction documents for residential and small commercial projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, guidelines, and applicable bye-laws
- Prepare detailed drawings, material schedules, and project specifications with precision
- Conduct site visits and support execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained on-site

Requirements

Qualifications

- B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution; Council of Architecture (CoA) registration preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in residential and small-scale commercial projects in India





Design Skills

- Strong spatial design ability with an understanding of functional and aesthetic considerations for clients
- Ability to develop concepts from schematic design through to construction documentation
- Familiarity with locally available materials, construction methods, and climate-responsive design

Computer Skills

- AutoCAD — Required
- SketchUp — Required
- Revit / BIM — Added advantage
- Proficiency in Lumion, V-Ray, or Adobe Photoshop for presentation purposes is a plus
